Tell us a little bit about your approach to counseling:
I believe that building and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship is imperative for creating space to learn new skills and for change to take place. I take a systemic approach to counseling while implementing various treatment modalities that are an appropriate fit for each individual. My philosophy is based on my belief that everyone has it within themselves to live the life they long for. Through work that addresses past and present issues, I work alongside clients as they actively uncover and rediscover their inner strengths.
