Tell us a little bit about your approach to counseling:
I am a current graduate level Counseling Psychology student at Saint Martin’s University with specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship in which the foundation begins with trust and respect. I am committed to work from a strength based and holistic approach as a therapist. I utilize a variety of complementary therapeutic models that support recovery and emphasize each individual’s personal journey. These therapeutic approaches include Narrative Therapy, Expressive Therapy, Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness techniques as determined by the specific needs of the client.
